Provide as much information as possible to ensure we can effectively resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. This may include photos, videos, HVAC filter size/date changed, make/model of any appliances, and a detailed description of the issue.


Our agents will contact you to discuss the issue and assist you in resolving the problem if possible, avoiding someone having to come to your home, whenever able.

Emergency Maintenance Requests

Ensuring your safety and well-being is of utmost importance to us at Maymont Homes. An emergency is considered a hazardous or dangerous issue that, if not addressed immediately, could damage you or your family’s welfare, or the property itself.

Examples include (but may not limited to): 

  • Plumbing leak or sewage back-up inside the home causing an area to flood.
  • Immediately contact us and attempt to shut off water to the leak and/or home.
  • Half the home including HVAC without power (If the whole home, contact the electric provider first to confirm there is not an interruption in service).
  • Water outage (contact your utility provider first to determine there is not an interruption in service).
  • Heat malfunctions when the temperature inside the home is below 50°F.
  • Air conditioning malfunctions when the temperature inside the home is above 90°F.

In an emergency, your immediate safety and the safety of your loved ones are paramount. Please use your best judgment and contact local authorities and first responders as necessary before reaching out to us. Once everyone is secure, promptly report the emergency maintenance issue to us by calling 833-426-6739 option 4. Our team will respond promptly to address the situation, assist you with completing a maintenance request in our online system, and ensure that your home is safe and secure. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are here to assist you in an emergency.

Resident Chargeback Policy

Please note that in accordance with our Repair and Chargeback Policy, residents may be held responsible for repair charges if the maintenance issue is determined to be a result of neglect, or misuse, or a resident’s responsibility in accordance with the lease.
