Maintenance required on dishwasher and toilet. Arrived on time. He knew what to do, explained the problem so we’d understand, fixed it, and left. Just like that. No excessive talking or time wasting. Did what he had to do, respectfully and efficiently. Loved it.

Paola was very attentive and helpful. Customer service has improved in the 2 years I’ve been renting with Maymont.If you can reach customer service and talk to a representative, they tend to be helpful. They do not get back to voicemails though
