I want to give a huge shout out to Kim James in customer service, as she helped me with an issue of my trash service being discontinued without my knowledge. She was very professional and courteous. She explained everything in great detail and made no promises she couldn't keep. She went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and was very polite through it all. She was compassionate and empathetic to my situation and made me feel valued and respected. We need more representatives like Kim James! :-)

Lived in a home for 3 years and left it in immaculate condition- They have taken our full security deposit and are trying to charge us another 1k with zero explanation. This company is great until you try to move out and then they are extremely unprofessional and deceitful. I had a positive experience until it was time to move out and now it is a total nightmare. Never was late on rent once. Shameful

Can we please get our 20 year old beat to hell Hvac system replaced yet?? Over the span of a year The AC has broken down about six times. It’s almost 90° in our house in Texas heat. We started to have signs of heat, exhaustion. I don’t understand why they can’t have a company that is a 24 hour HVAC come out. We signed our third year lease, now wishing we didn’t because we will never get a functional ac while we are tenants. They keep putting tape over holes in a boat, and it’s sinking fast.
