Move-In Day Access Overview
At 10:00 AM on your move-in day, you'll receive an email with the location of your lockbox and your access code. Use that code to open the lockbox, retrieve your house keys, and unlock your front door.
If your home also has a keyless entry smart lock, you'll receive a separate email or text with your access code and instructions to register your account. Your physical keys from the lockbox will also unlock the smart lock, so you can use either method to get in.
Any additional items, such as garage remotes or community access cards, will be waiting inside your home when you arrive.
