SimpleBills sends account setup instructions ahead of your move-in date.

Create Your SimpleBills Account

Set up your account so utilities are active by move-in day.

  • Electric, gas, water, trash, and more in one monthly bill
  • Set up autopay to avoid missed payments

Confirm Active Service

Utilities must be active by your move-in day.

  • Verify each service shows active in your SimpleBills dashboard
  • Contact SimpleBills support if anything is missing

Homes Without SimpleBills

Some properties manage utilities independently.

  • If your home isn't on SimpleBills, set up service directly with local providers
  • Your welcome materials will note which applies to your home
