Watch for Your Welcome Email
SimpleBills sends account setup instructions ahead of your move-in date.

- Includes a link to create your SimpleBills account

Create Your SimpleBills Account
Set up your account so utilities are active by move-in day.
- Electric, gas, water, trash, and more in one monthly bill
- Set up autopay to avoid missed payments

Confirm Active Service
Utilities must be active by your move-in day.
- Verify each service shows active in your SimpleBills dashboard
- Contact SimpleBills support if anything is missing

Homes Without SimpleBills
Some properties manage utilities independently.
- If your home isn't on SimpleBills, set up service directly with local providers
- Your welcome materials will note which applies to your home
